Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with deep expertise in B2B analytics, Power BI, ETL processes, and advanced SQL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-based decision-making through robust reporting, optimized data workflows, and insightful analysis of large and complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver real-time, actionable insights.
• Build and enhance ETL pipelines to seamlessly extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytical requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can impact business outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across platforms and reporting tools.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of the data analytics function.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 46 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or CPG domains.
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and working with tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Talend, or similar.
• Strong command of Advanced SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
