Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Optimize query performance and fine-tune databases for high performance and scalability.
- Work on indexing, partitioning, query tuning, and execution plan analysis.
- Develop and maintain database schemas, ER diagrams, and normalization techniques.
- Monitor database performance using tools like SQL Profiler, Query Store, and Execution Plans.
- Identify and resolve database issues, including deadlocks, bottlenecks, and slow queries.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
- Document database structures, best practices, and query optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- BE/B-Tech (computer science) / MCA
- experience in Data Engineering areas with minimum hands-on coding experience Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Optimize query performance and fine-tune databases for high performance and scalability.
- Work on indexing, partitioning, query tuning, and execution plan analysis.
- Develop and maintain database schemas, ER diagrams, and normalization techniques.
- Monitor database performance using tools like SQL Profiler, Query Store, and Execution Plans.
- Identify and resolve database issues, including deadlocks, bottlenecks, and slow queries.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
- Document database structures, best practices, and query optimizations.
- Technical Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in SQL development ( Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases).
- Hands-on experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of database indexing, partitioning, and caching mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Snowflake database.
- Experience with data warehousing, OLAP.
- Experience in CI/CD for database deployments and working with version control tools like Git.)
