About the role

Looking for a Lead for Cloud engineering practice having a passion for technology innovation and the ability to scale the company's current Cloud Native practice. The practice currently covers the key capabilities – Cloud Engineering RnD to build cloud native architecture capabilities , Cloud Architecture, Automation of DevSecOps process for Software release Management and Continuous monitoring. Should manage and lead the teams , foster innovation and build leadership in managing the cloud engineering practice.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and lead the Cloud Engineering team and Scale the capabilities around the key function of Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture and DevSecOps teams to deliver the goals.

· Drive the focus of the Cloud Engineering teams to build Cloud Native Architecture capabilities for Trinity Software products covering design, build, deploy and operate phase and coordinate the RnD efforts .

· Drive the focus of the Cloud Architecture teams in standardizing the ICT Design and build templates for deployment architecture to cover Trinity Product offerings across various segments.

· Drive the focus of building automation capabilities for the Trinity Software release management across the CI/CD pipeline and coordinate the deployment activities with a team .

· Build capabilities for deploying the Trinity Software Suite across major Hyper Scaler cloud environments and also working with local cloud providers across various countries .

· Work closely with various teams – Product Engineering, Quality, Business development in standardising the capabilities and build execution excellence.

· Manage and coordinate the Customer Facing activities relating to Cloud Architecture and Design, Software release management and work closely with Project organisation in execution and build execution excellence.

· Manage and coordinate activities with the TAC for Continuous monitoring so that we can proactively address operational issues.

Job Requirements:

· Should have a strong knowledge on Quality, SDLC and STLC Processes Should have hands-on experience in automation test scripts design, development and deployment using Selenium, Protractor and JMeter Good knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Git and any scripting Groovy, Perl, Python, Shell,

· Experience with micro service architecture, Dockers, container orchestration platform such as Kubernetes

· Previous experience with Big Data platforms such as Hadoop, Cloudera, Horton Data Platform, Microsoft HDInsight strongly desired

· Experience with technologies such as Terraform and in building capabilities around Infrastructure as a Code .

· Experience in Cloud environment is must, preferably Azure and other hyper-scalar service provider like – Amazon, Google.

· Experience in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Maven, GIT, JIRA, Docker, SVN, Groovy, ).

· Experience with Configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible).

· Experience Building a multi-region highly available auto-scaling infrastructure that optimises performance and cost. plan for future infrastructure as well as Maintain & optimise existing infrastructure.

· Conceptualize, architect and build automated deployment pipelines in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins.

· Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

· Sound Knowledge in containerization is preferred Experience in Java based application profiling is added advantage

· Good hands-on on Linux based environments

· Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including VPCs, load balancing, DNS, and firewalls.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
