What you will be doing
- Craft and deploy superior SaaS Ops strategies, drawing on your deep expertise and commitment to operational excellence.
- Make pivotal decisions on operational standards, AI tools, and process designs to guarantee reliability, security, and cost efficiency across our portfolio.
- Develop and refine a seamless onboarding framework for integrating newly acquired SaaS products into a unified SaaS Ops function.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance automation, cost management, and operational performance.
What you will NOT be doing
- Engaging in the monotonous manual tasks of traditional SaaS Ops; your focus will be on innovation through automation and AI.
- Handling operations for a single product; you'll tackle the complexities of hundreds of products within our SaaS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead an efficient, AI-enhanced SaaS Ops function that delivers outstanding reliability, cost efficiency, and fluid operations for our expanding suite of acquired SaaS companies.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and leading SaaS Ops for enterprise clients.
- Proven track record in owning SaaS Ops and spearheading significant cloud migrations at SMEs serving enterprise customers.
- Expertise in applying AI and automation to SaaS operations.
- Advanced skills in AWS and DevOps, including Docker and Kubernetes.
