Lead Business Analyst with Testing

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in Quality Architecture and Test Management.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our healthcare solutions through effective testing strategies and automation approaches. If you're passionate about enhancing quality and are ready to lead a talented team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall quality and adherence to requirements of all testing phases
• Plan, design, execute, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks
• Create test objectives, metrics, and critical success factors that align with business goals
• Manage, track, and report on all defects and issues throughout the testing process
• Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members, ensuring quality goals are achieved
• Develop and implement test estimation and planning strategies across multiple projects
• Oversee the execution of test plans and record results in an Agile environment
• Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to develop effective test strategies
• Take the lead on complex defect detection and troubleshooting
• Address escalated technical defects identified by team members

Requirements

• 10-14 years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
• Expertise in understanding end-to-end flow for healthcare payer claims administration systems
• Understanding of Medicare Advantage processes
• Proficiency in test management tools and test estimation strategies
• Capability to create and execute test cases based on identified system requirements
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques
• Experience in Agile environments and execution of test plans
• Leadership experience in guiding QA teams
• English proficiency at professional working level
