Job Responsibilities :
To consistently support the fundamental functions and business processes of the organization by spearheading data gathering, current state of business analysis and actionable insights
sharing in order to help attain short and long term goals for business process optimization thereby ensuring maintenance of efficiency and increased productivity across the organization

- Assist in formulation of business analysis team's plan and ensure day-to-day execution in line with function standards & regulations for respective busines unit
- Implement new initiatives/ projects as per established policies to meet future requirements of the overall team
- Identify specific business processes that require improvement; Analyze identified business process, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions based on leading practices for continous improvement
- Establish and monitor metrics for analyzing organizational statistics to identify trends
- Evaluate and leverage technology solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts for identified areas for automation in processes and procedures
- Partner with business leads periodically to define business cases and provide support within stipulated timelines
- Perform extensive research through primary and secondary sources to gather relevant data as inputs for business teams along with the team
- Verify the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and processes and recommend strategies for improving the same
- Extract large datasets from internal SAP as well as external sources to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations on activities related to business performance such as product development strategy, customer segmentation, automation and scalability
- Conduct feasibility studies and comprehensive analysis of market trends and customer preferences in order to determine whether any new product/service/feature is viable for the market; Identify issues/events that could affect resources, schedule and scope of business plans
- Drive usage of existing analytical frameworks to evaluate business performance, assess risks, and forecast future trends
- Prepare comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations summarizing information and trends, Create reports for daily, weekly and monthly reviews
- Maintain dashboards with key data analysis to track and monitor business performance against targets
- Ensure user confidence while reporting and protect critical business information by maintaining confidentiality
- Participate in recruitment activities & ensure retention / engagement of own team
- Set performance objectives of own team, evaluate / appraise team members and provide regular feedback & guidance
- Guide, mentor and develop own team to take larger and complex responsibilities
- Evaluate training and development requirements for own team and make recommendations for learning interventions
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent
- Masters degree is preferred
- 6 to 11 years of experience in relevant field
