Job Title: Lead Business Analyst – Calypso
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in Calypso to join our team. In this role, you will gather business requirements, design tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Calypso functionalities. You will work across modules like Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Market, and Equities and contribute to testing, automation, and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into development user stories.
• Design and configure solutions using Calypso.
• Collaborate with the Calypso Development and QA Teams for solution delivery.
• Partner with Automation Engineers for regression testing.
• Provide training and create procedural documentation for business users.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, with Calypso expertise.
• Strong understanding of financial products (e.g., Derivatives, Fixed Income, Swaps).
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
