Healthcare Exp - Business AnalystBusiness Analyst (Application and Technical Background)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a background in applications and technical knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and implementing technical solutions, and providing recommendations for process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify technical solutionsAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvementDesign and implement technical solutions to meet business needsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specificationsConduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and systemsProvide training and support to end-users on technical solutionsWork closely with IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with technical architecture and standardsCommunicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and within budgetQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with technical expertiseExperience with software development methodologies such as Agile and WaterfallStrong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQLFamiliarity with database management systems, APIs, and other technical toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus
