Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Use data from a variety of sources to analyze complex business issues, incorporating company and industry knowledge, mathematical and technological expertise, and sound analytical processes. Identify issues and/or recommend actions by using statistical analysis, modeling, & other quantitative techniques.
• Complete assigned procedures and monitor daily and as needed pledge operations tasks and systems.
Support users in understanding pledge data; resolve data issues if they occur and support the updates to the pledge data dictionary.

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI
• Experience in designing reports/ dashboards in Power BI and Excel
• Understand Workflows, work closely with tech partners as needed
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects and work independently.
• Strong logical, analytical, and abstract thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skils
