- Process Mapping & Improvement – Using tools like BPMN, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize workflows
- Stakeholder Management – Effectively communicating with internal teams, clients, and executives.
- Business Intelligence Tools – Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – Understanding Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Wireframing & Prototyping – Experience with tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Axure.
