Overview
The purpose of this role is to act as the key interface between the business leaders/users and the Product Management to gather information, perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and functional / non-functional requirements for the product.

Key responsibilities:
Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and develops and implements products
Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies
Conducts requirement gathering workshops, meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Performs requirements analysis, documents and communicates the results to key stakeholders and Product Management teams
Creates detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Determines and develops user requirements for products in production, to ensure maximum usability

Must Have:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in agile projects.
- Lead and manage the vision of a sub workstream by closely collaborating with the main workstream's product owner.
- Experience toward working on New ideations/Solutions from inception to Production release in phase manner.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision in conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate the elaboration of user stories and features within agile sprints, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Drive the prioritization of the product backlog based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback.
- Foster close collaboration with engineers and UX designers to translate the product vision into actionable requirements and ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Liaise effectively with other product owners to manage dependencies and contribute to a cohesive, enterprise-wide vision.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail, maintaining a meticulous approach to planning, documentation, and quality assurance throughout the product development lifecycle.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma.
- Awareness of cloud-based application development
- Experience in Customer Experience, Online Retail domain.
