Lead Automation Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Tester with 6+ years of experience to join

our dynamic team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test

automation frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD integration.

You will be responsible for leading automation testing efforts, mentoring junior testers, and ensuring the delivery of high

quality software solution

6+ years of experience in automation testing.

Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.

Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.

Proficiency in Java/Python for test automation scripting.

Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud-based testing solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead automation initiatives

Test Automation Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement automation

strategies for web, mobile, and API testing.

Framework Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain scalable

automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, and

Rest Assured.

Test Scripting & Execution: Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts in

Java/Python.

CI/CD Integration: Work with DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD

pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or similar tools.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to

ensure test coverage and quality.

Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior testers and lead automation initiatives across

teams
