Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational support for the cloud infrastructure – involvement in production priority incidents and the ability to provide quick resolution through analysis and cross-team collaboration
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventative measures
- Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
- Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy AWS applications at the direction of lead architects
- Design and development, Deployment and migration, Monitoring and optimization, Security and compliance for cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services
- Manage automations
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher education) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
- 1-2 years of experience with AWS
- Process Automations (scripting), CI/CD, Infrastructure as code
- Architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms is a plus
- AWS certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC
Tools
- Public Cloud AWS, AWS CLI, Jenkins, Gitlab, Terraform, Spinnaker, Jira, Confluence.
- CI/CD hands-on experience
- Windows OS and Linux OS
- Languages/Frameworks: PowerShell, bash, Python
- Bonus: Docker, Packer, Kubernetes, C/C++
