L2 Network Engineer

Overview

Job Description:

• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations• Troubleshoots network problems.
• Collaborate with third-party support and service to vendors
• provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers • Do site level support if required.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

Qualifications:

● 4 - 6 years of experience.
● Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or a similar field.
