L2 Network Engineer

Overview

• Experience – 4 to 7 years
• Excellent working knowledge of switching and routing concepts.
• Experience supporting network security in large-scale, geographically diverse environments.
• Proficient in LAN/WAN switching technologies (Port-Channels, VLANs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of VPN technologies, including Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN (e.g., ZScaler).
• Hands-on expertise and troubleshooting skills with Cisco ISR & ASR routers, Juniper routers.
• Hands-on expertise and troubleshooting skills with Cisco ASA Firewalls, FortiGate firewalls.
• Hands-on expertise and troubleshooting skills with Cisco Nexus, Arista, and Aruba switches in an ACI environment.
• Expertise in Firewalls (FortiGate, ASA) and Load Balancers (F5, AVI Networks).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper switches, including knowledge of switch stacking.
• Expertise in wireless devices, preferably Aruba/MIST.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting network-related issues using Splunk and other monitoring tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Arista switches and the ACI environment.
• Experience with incident management and change management using enterprise ticketing tools.
• Clear understanding of network monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of STP, HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, and loop prevention protocols.
• Excellent working knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
• Expertise in Data Center technologies like VDC, VPC, etc.
• Proficient in remote support and troubleshooting of WAN environments.
• Experience in designing security for enterprise networks, analyzing vulnerabilities, and proposing solutions to audit findings.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Experience in maintaining updated documentation (SOP, SLCP, CMP) and service calendars for Data Center infrastructure.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
