Job Title: L2 Engineer (IT Support)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced L2 Engineer to join our dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a broad range of IT infrastructure components and technologies, including operating systems, networking, virtualization, security, cloud, and backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring smooth performance and resolving technical issues.
• Manage and support infrastructure components like firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi networks, printers, desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot virtualization environments using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V, ensuring system uptime and optimal performance.
• Oversee security solutions such as EDR/XDR, patch management, and resolve security incidents in a timely manner.
• Manage backup and storage systems, including Acronis, Veeam, and SAN/NAS solutions (HP, Dell), ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Support cloud services (AWS, Azure) by configuring and troubleshooting cloud environments, ensuring efficient operation and cost optimization.
• Provide support for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and M365 administration, including user management, email configurations, and security settings.
• Handle complex technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to senior engineers, maintaining clear documentation throughout.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, printers, desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Proficient in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience with EDR/XDR, patch management, and security troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of backup and storage solutions (Acronis, Veeam, SAN/NAS).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and M365 administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and customer service capabilities.

Pay: ₹318,149.45 - ₹1,069,963.35 per year
