Advanced troubleshooting and configuration changes

1 Monitoring of firewall / Health check-up followed by BOD/EOD report

2 Alerting and notification to Bank during Firewall failover.

3 Unusual event monitoring and actions.

4 Defining document and process for FW ID creation

5 VPN Creation

6 VPN ID creation

7 Performing daily Health checks Periodic Reports on mutually agreed frequency Firewall rule review and configuration validation based upon agreement with Equitas SME.

8 SOPs on CM - rule creation, deletion, approval process, PCRs etc.

9 User Accountability matrix

10 o Participation in DR/Cyber Drills for policy push/Emergency policy push/Troubleshooting

11 Hardening of firewall as an when required

12 Need to perform review of Hardening frequently.

13 Onsite expertise support for incident, change, service request & problems

EXPERTISE REQUIRED

• Fortinet ,Palo Alto, Shopos Firewall
• cisco ASA firewall. Algo sec
• Forti Authenticator
• Load balancer
• MF authenticator
• NAC Forcecout
• Support on weekend, Public Holidays
• Guest Login cloud path

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
