Konverge Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring.!!!. PositionNetwork Engineer. Experience3+ years. LocationMumbai. NoticeImmediate to 30 days. Job responsibilities. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, FortiGate firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Required Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols, etc.).
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing routers, switches, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience with load balancers and VPNs.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and techniques.
• Experience with network security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and1 as part of a team.
• Knowledge of QoS.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet certifications).
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
