Junior System Administrator

Overview

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating systems, networking, VOIP, IT security, and hardware installations. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities

· Install and configure: Install, configure, and test hardware and software

· Maintain: Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and network file systems

· Troubleshoot: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

· Secure: Secure data and systems, and ensure disaster recovery

· Support users: Provide technical support to users, and ensure they have access to the right systems

· Manage inventory: Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

· Manage accounts: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights

· Onboard users: Create user accounts and assign permissions for new employees

· Provide training: Provide end-user training on new software applications .

Skills and qualifications

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking

· Previous experience in an IT support role

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
