Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating systems, networking, VOIP, IT security, and hardware installations. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure: Install, configure, and test hardware and software
• Maintain: Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and network file systems
• Troubleshoot: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Secure: Secure data and systems, and ensure disaster recovery
• Support users: Provide technical support to users, and ensure they have access to the right systems
• Manage inventory: Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
• Manage accounts: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Onboard users: Create user accounts and assign permissions for new employees
• Provide training: Provide end-user training on new software applications .

Skills and qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Previous experience in an IT support role
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
