Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Python and expertise in UI development, application development, and server-side programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust applications, performing unit testing and debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an AGILE/SCRUM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces and backend systems using Python.
• Implement REST APIs using Django or other web application frameworks.
• Develop, test, and debug software to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Perform database development including schema design, queries, and optimization.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), adhering to best practices.
• Work collaboratively in an AGILE/SCRUM environment to meet project timelines.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure quality and reliability of deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Django and other web frameworks.
• Proficient in UI development and integrating with backend systems.
• Familiarity with REST API development.
• Knowledge of database development (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of SDLC, AGILE, and SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
