Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Software Developer to join our growing team. As a Junior Software Developer, you will work alongside experienced developers to design, build, and maintain software applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing software solutions based on project requirements and specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform bug fixes, troubleshooting, and system optimizations.
• Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and share knowledge.
• Assist in testing and debugging applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, programming languages, and technologies.
• Contribute to the documentation of software applications and systems.
• Work in an Agile development environment, attending sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
