Junior Scrum Master

Overview

e're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Scrum Master to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our development teams by facilitating Agile practices and ensuring successful project delivery through the Scrum framework.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and guide Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Track team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools like burndown charts and velocity.
• Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.
• Champion continuous improvement within the Scrum team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on Scrum.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project management or team lead role (preferred).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
