Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Python Experience: 3-5 Years in Django, Flask, VMS, NVR)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using Django, Flask, and custom Python frameworks.
• Lead the design and implementation of Video Management Systems (VMS) and Network Video Recorder (NVR) web projects.
• Work extensively with video streaming technologies and protocols such as RTSP, HLS, and WebRTC.
• Design and integrate AI-based alert and notification systems for live and recorded video feeds.
• Develop APIs for real-time video processing and management functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Django and Flask frameworks.
• Exposure to custom Python frameworks (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with video streaming protocols and technologies.
• Knowledge of VMS and NVR systems.
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks such as YOLO, OpenCV, or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with 360-degree video applications.
• Familiarity with MediaMTX or similar streaming servers.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
