Junior .NET Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Junior ASP.NET Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our development team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of ASP.NET Core Web API, MVC Application, and Entity Framework with hands-on experience in database querying. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core Web API and MVC Application.

Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.

Design and optimize database queries and work with Entity Framework for database interactions.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Ensure the application’s responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

Follow industry best practices and coding standards.

Assist in deploying and maintaining the application in a production environment.

Required Skills:

Strong Knowledge of:

ASP.NET Core Web API

MVC Application

Entity Framework

Database Querying (SQL Server/MySQL)

Basic Skills in:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of LINQ (Language-Integrated Query).

Experience in writing stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

Basic understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Experience with third-party API integrations.
