Junior IT Executive

Overview

Duties and responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and hardware systems
• Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers
• Responsible for maintaining & monitoring the computer systems and network within the organisation.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements
• Responsible for Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
• Track and manage the company’s IT assets
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests, and performing monthly maintenance of IT Assets.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Requirements and qualifications:

• Technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills, project management and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels (technical and business audiences) and in different situations
• Excellent in communication and coordinating.
• BSC/BA in Computer Science, BCA, Engineering, or B.Tech

Key Skills:

• Supervisor, Allocation Server support, Scheduling Maintenance, Data communication, Information technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Shift:

• Day shift

Work Days:

• Weekend only
