Job Description
Version 1 is looking for junior developers from the 2023 or 2024 Engineering or MCA pass out candidates who have experience in .Net and SQL development (through self-learning, certification, internship, or industry experience) and are available to join immediately. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities, along with a solid foundation in C#, HTML, CSS, and T-SQL. Successful candidates will possess high mental aptitude, problem-solving and debugging skills, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET Core or .NET 6+ framework along with Microsoft ASP.NET Core or Blazor frameworks.
- Adhere to Design Principles and follow software development best practices.
- Work with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Entity Framework Core and Dapper.
- Develop Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Views in SQL Server.
- Create unit test cases using xUnit or bUnit frameworks to ensure code reliability and quality.
- Implement and maintain applications using Azure App Services.
- Utilize Azure DevOps or GitHub for seamless continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Branching and merging the source code branches to manage the development workflow efficiently.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and daily scrums, to enhance team cohesion and project success.

Requirements
Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or MCA from the 2023 or 2024 batch, who have experience in .Net and SQL development (through self-learning, certification, internship, or industry experience) and are available to join immediately. Required Skills
- Excellent communication and articulation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements.
- Exposure in developing and maintaining web applications using C#, Web API, HTML, CSS, SQL Server.
- Ability to apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts, SOLID principles to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to learn and contribute to the development of Blazor Server and Blazor WebAssembly applications or work on ASP.NET MVC projects.
- Ability to create unit tests using frameworks like xUnit or bUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures, triggers, and views in SQL Server.
- Manage and use code repositories using source control systems such as Git or equivalent tools.
Desired Skills
- Good understanding of web development technologies and methodologies.
- Knowledge of modern testing frameworks and their practical implementation.
- Awareness of Azure services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Nice to have an Angular or React knowledge.
- Flexibility to work in the UK shift to facilitate collaboration with international teams and clients.
