Job Summary :
We're seeking an Data Scientist to join our agile, cross-functional team as a key contributor. As a Data Scientist, you will help build data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. You will work with your team and manager on advanced analytics and DS modelling projects from inception to production, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques
- Explore and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions.
- Engineer new features and test various modeling approaches to develop industry-leading analytics products.
- Contribute to the development of our data science capabilities and best practices.
- Assist in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
- 1-2 years of experience in data science or related field.
- Expertise in implementing machine learnings algorithms in Python and/or R.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Understanding of machine learning, data wrangling, and exploratory analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-impact results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Snowflake and Spark.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Expertise with the following modeling methods: Design of Experiments, ANOVA, multivariate regression, discrete and continuous optimization, survival analysis, discrete event simulation.
