We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support our project teams in analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of operational solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal teams and clients.
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
- Support the creation of functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with Senior BAs to prepare client-facing materials (e.g., presentations, requirement docs).
- Participate in UAT and testing phases, ensuring solutions meet documented needs.
- Track project deliverables and update status reports using tools like Atlassian Confluence or Zoho One.
- Provide analytical support for post-implementation reviews and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role (internships count).
- Basic understanding of requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Lucid Chart, or Zoho One; willingness to learn Power BI or SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for internal team collaboration.
