Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document project requirements.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for developers.
• Support the agile development process, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Help create test cases, perform UAT, and ensure successful implementation of features.
• Identify and document project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks.
• Facilitate communication between teams and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, IT product development, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle.
• Ability to document user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
