About The Role
Onboarding and offboarding, tracking IT assets, troubleshooting and problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency, hardware and software troubleshooting, and handling L1 helpdesk tickets.
Job Responsibilities
- 0.5 yr - 1 year of experience in IT support.
- Windows/Linux Installation and configuration on Laptops and Desktops
- Support at L1 level and Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting.
- Good in Hardware/Software/OS Level troubleshooting.
- Excellent at cross-functional collaboration. Ability to a build rapport with delivery & technology teams & functional heads.
- Conceptual Knowledge of IT Basic Software like Antivirus, Helpdesk, MS Office, and Inventory Software.
- Networking concepts at the basics level – VLAN, Routers, and Switching.
- Any bachelor’s degree in computers or Any bachelor’s degree with Training in Computers and Networking Concepts.
- Should be able to follow the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations where applicable.
- Good Understanding and Communication skills.
