Jr. Software Tester

Overview

Job Description:

· Software Tester:

o Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases for software applications.

Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Collaborate with developers to understand software requirements and resolve issues.

Validate software functionality against design specifications and business requirements.

Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans and reports.

Ensure compatibility across different platforms, browsers, and devices.

Automate test cases where applicable to enhance efficiency.

Oversee the testing and quality assurance phases of projects.

Conduct meetings regarding project progress and implement required changes.

o Required Skills:

§ Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).

Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.

Experience with test automation frameworks.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Leadership and time management skills.

o Location: Andheri, Mumbai.

o Office Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

o Salary: INR 30,000/month.

o Joining: Immediate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
