Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated QA engineer who will be responsible for designing and running manual and automated test cases to check the performance of the application.

You should be good at programming languages and have good knowledge about writing and executing test cases to find issues or bugs in the software, like UI and usability issues etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboratively working with our software development team to understand the project requirements and prepare the test cases.
• Working closely with the software development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Designing and executing test cases and test scripts to understand their functionality, usability and performance and helping the development team identify issues for correction.
• Re-executing test cases and test scripts to confirm whether previous issues have been resolved and the software is working correctly.
• Maintaining test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation.
• Participating in Agile-Scrum development processes and providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 years of experience working as a QA engineer or test engineer.
• Experienced in manual testing and automation testing tools like Java- Selenium, TestNG.
• Experienced in API testing tools like Postman, Swagger.
• Good in Java programming.
• Strong knowledge in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Experienced with bug-tracking tools like Jira, GitHub etc.
• Good understanding of the Agile scrum methodologies.
• Should have excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic database knowledge: MySQL

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with APIs testing and Automation testing by using Java-Selenium.
• Knowledge of Automation testing and automated testing frameworks design.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
