Role Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will support and guide teams in applying Scrum principles and best practices to deliver high-quality products efficiently. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about agile methodologies, eager to grow, and excited to contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Jira Ticket Management: Facilitate and manage ticket assignment, status and overall movement and completion of tickets within the environment.
2. Monitor Progress: Track ticket and sprint progress using Jira and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain Jira/Confluence or other Agile tools to track sprints and team velocity.
3. Remove Impediments: Act as a servant-leader by identifying and addressing any blockers that hinder team progress.
4. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business owners, developers, and QA to align goals and deliverables.
5. Document Agile Practices: Maintain documentation and reporting related to Jira Ticket Management Process Facilitate
6. Scrum Events: Assist in planning and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
7. Support Agile Teams: Help the team adhere to Scrum practices and principles to ensure smooth project delivery by providing training sessions and hot topic content via the company’s various communication channels
8. Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage team members to reflect, learn, and adapt processes for better efficiency and productivity.
9. Communication & Collaboration: Act as a servant leader for the Agile teams, fostering transparency and open communication. Help manage dependencies between teams and resolve conflicts.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, or a related field. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment (internships or project experience count).
Proven success working with Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Skills:
1. Excellent facilitation skills.
2. Basic understanding of SaaS product development.
3. Proficiency in Jira, and Confluence.
4. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.
