Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and technically skilled Fresher Python Developers to join our development team in Kochi. This is an exciting opportunity for recent BTech graduates in Electronics, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication, with a passion for programming and software development. Training will be provided to help you build on your skills and grow professionally in Python development.

Key Responsibilities

• Python Development:
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for various applications.
• Develop and test web applications, automation scripts, and data processing tasks using Python.
• Collaboration:
• Work alongside senior developers and contribute to team projects.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in Python development.
• Problem-Solving:
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Python code, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Develop new features based on project requirements.
• Learning & Growth:
• Engage in ongoing learning to improve programming skills, Python libraries, frameworks, and technologies.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to strengthen software development knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
• 2023/2024 pass out with a BTech degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) is a bonus.
• Other Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Work Schedule & Interview Process

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rounds of Interview: 2 rounds (Direct interview)
• Probation Period: 6 months
• Work Mode: Office-based
• Bond: 2-year bond
