Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. As a fresher, you will be involved in assisting with the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including site surveys, construction work, and the preparation of reports. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in civil engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, planning, and development of civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, design specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to inspect ongoing construction work, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, material requisitions, and project schedules.
• Help in conducting surveys, measurements, and analysis of site conditions for project planning.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that civil engineering designs are being executed as per design documents.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure the work is completed according to safety standards and project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project reports, progress reports, and updates.
• Maintain project records, such as reports, logs, and drawings, to track project progress.
• Help in evaluating environmental impact assessments and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Learn and use civil engineering software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar tools under senior engineer supervision.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent academic experience).
• Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts, materials, and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, materials science, and geotechnical principles.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and basic regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in civil engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
