2. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Employee in this job is responsible for providing Technical support on technology-based systems. Employees have the highest level of understanding of best practices with respect to the planning, design, infrastructure, implementation and use of information technology and information management systems and processes.

SUBMISSION TO
Software Maintenance Support
Responsible for providing productive support works.
Analyzing systems data in order to make changes to the Software configuration.
Completing functionality and performance tests on the final repaired/customized product.
Creating specifications and documents for components and completed systems.
Recruit and train employees, develop personal growth opportunities, provide leadership for employee relations, effectively communicate job expectations, coach, train, counsel and discipline employees and developer, coordinate and enforce systems and policies
Perform hands-on technical work on escalated Technical advisor matters; refer major hardware and/or software issues or defective product issues to vendors or department Management for service
Motivate staff to accomplish important objectives and multiple demands and creates a sense of urgency in all tasks
Hold the Technical Advisory team accountable for their deliverables and ensure that projects are delivered by agreed timelines
Develop systems and tools for effective task execution. Implement, manage and evaluate Technical Advisory operation processes and procedures, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization
Coordinate with the external vendors with support on software customization and timely resolution of matters escalated from the software or Hardware wing of Netcare.
Team Building & Monitoring
Responsible for building and fostering an efficient team of Advisors.
Responsible for coordinating with other teams of network Advisors.
Reporting
Daily submit all reports to the reporting manager through MIS, ensure that all the fields are completely filled and updated as per the instruction.
Monitor and review the reports sent by the team and give a comment on the basis of the result.
6. ANY OTHER TASKS:
Ø Time to time tasks assigned by the Reporting person
Ø Responsible to attend review meetings

8. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
I. Preferred Knowledge/Education
Ø Should have completed Post Graduate in Computer sciences/IT.
Ø IT Knowledge
Ø Knowledge of the Industry Standards and Practices.
II. Experience
Ø Minimum overall experience of 2 - 4 years’
Ø Ability to Manage and Coordinate
III. Skills required
Ø Prolific computer and digital literacy, Prolific in MS Office, CCNA, CCNP, Linux knowledge, C++, Python.
Ø Technical Support and Troubleshooting Hardware Development, Analysis, and Testing.
Ø Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, ability to effectively resolve conflict situations, and able to work collaboratively with managers and staff.

- NATURE OF WORK
I. Work environment
Ø Works in an office environment, but needs to visit other units based on the need.
Ø Works a standard workweek, but additionally will often work evenings, weekends, and overtime hours to accommodate activities such as meetings, etc.
II. Hours of work
Ø Normal working hours may be required to work outside normal working hours due to the nature of the work in general.
