Role Overview: A Junior Data Analyst Developer with mentoring responsibilities, responsible for analyzing data, building reports, and developing dashboards while guiding junior team members. This hybrid role combines technical development with leadership to support both individual and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define data requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data analysts and developers.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
• Assist in automating data processes and building efficient data workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
