Jr. Business Analyst

Overview

The Ideal candidate will have the following skill sets -

1. BA should be ready to travel anywhere in PAN India locations as per customers locations

2. BA should be ready to stay at client locations minimum 1 week to maximum a month as per project implementation requirement

3. BA should be able to manage themselves bus / train bookings, hotel stay bookings in advance for all customer locations travel plans (All expenses will be taken care by company as per policy)

4. BA should be ready to understand the current end to end logistics operations processes of customer

5. BA should be ready to maintain all the minutes in the excel and also able to create the PPT flowcharts and presentations

6. BA should be able to understand the new customizations requirements of client team members which would be not available in CargoFL existing software ERP modules

7. BA should be able to create the detailed statement of work, blue print documents in MS word as per training of documentation

8. BA should be ready to talk all transporters of customers and also supervisors , drivers to understand their pain points

9. BA should be able to identify the problems in the current operational processes of logistics happening at customer location and able to propose the CargoFL solutions to implement the same

10. BA should be able to build the good rapport with all team members of client side team who will be involved in the project

11. BA should send the daily report to customer team as well as internal management team

12. BA should be able to explain the new requirements to internal developers, quality analyst team

14. BA should have to manage the software trainings for all stakeholders of customers offline as well as online as per demand

15. BA should be able to communicate clients as well as internal team proactively over the any subject matter

16. BA should be able to manage software implementation and operational activities for multiple projects

17. BA should be able to provide functional support to all projects which are assigned.

18. BA has to inform clients prior as well as internal team members whenever wants to take the planned leaves and also need to arrange the backup support by taking other team members
