Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, IT project management, and requirements analysis. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional documents.
• Act as a bridge between clients and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
• Create and maintain requirement documents, process flows, and use cases.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of test cases to ensure the final product meets requirements.
• Validate system functionalities to ensure alignment with business needs.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in creating documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
• Experience in handling IT projects, preferably web or mobile applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the IT sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
