Jr. Business Analyst- Marketing & Product Team

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our Marketing Department while also providing support to our Product Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and product performance to drive data-driven decisions. Your insights will directly impact our marketing strategies and contribute to the enhancement of our SAAS platform.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze market data, competitor trends, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies by providing data-backed insights and recommendations.
- Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives and report findings to the team.
- Support the Product Team by analyzing user data, feature usage, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of product documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to present findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fintech, marketing, and product analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Collaborative team player who can work across departments to achieve common goals.
- Prior experience in marketing analysis, product support, or related roles is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
