Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, automate, and manage advanced MIS dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
Write and maintain custom JavaScript code for internal tools, process automations, and data integrations.
Automate data flows between Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Forms, etc.).
Create custom triggers, scripts, and UI elements in Google Sheets to streamline workflows.
Manage large datasets, perform complex data analysis, and provide actionable insights to departments.
Integrate third-party APIs with Google Workspace using Apps Script for automation and reporting.
Collaborate with teams (accounts, operations, sales, etc.) to understand reporting requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Maintain documentation of code, processes, and system logic.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility for all MIS reports.

Key Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive).
Experience with API integrations and webhooks.
Strong understanding of data structuring, formulas, and report automation.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Prior experience in a data-heavy or automation-focused MIS role.
