JavaScript Application Developer

Cisco is seeking a highly motivated and skilled JavaScript Application Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our business needs and provide exceptional user experiences. This role requires a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and standard processes, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with other developers, designers, and product managers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript and Angular.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using Node.js.
• Design and optimize database interactions with Oracle and MongoDB.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure alignment to standard methodologies in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Five years of experience as a JavaScript Developer, with a solid portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in Angular and Node.js.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Superb communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
