Java Web Developer

Job Title: Java MSB

Location: Hybrid at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, test, and ship software solutions that meet business and market needs.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality of the application codebase.
• Maintain and improve existing codebase for optimization and scalability.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to drive innovation and enhance the product.
• Ensure the application is properly tested at all levels with appropriate unit and integration tests.
• Document all processes, designs and updates made within the application.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture is essential.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services is a must.
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the Java applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements.
