Role: Java Technical Lead
Experience: 3 to 5 year

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java.
? Architect and implement micro services-based solutions to meet business requirements. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and ship new features.
? Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and implementing best practices. ? Manage the integration of MongoDB databases with Java-based applications.
? Debug and resolve technical issues to improve application performance and user experience.
? Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
? Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
? Participate in the planning, estimation, and execution of project deliverables.

Skills Required:
? Core Java: Strong knowledge of Java programming language.
? Microservices: Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and related tools/frameworks.
? MongoDB: Proficiency in database design, queries, and integration using MongoDB.
? API Development: Expertise in RESTful API development and integration.
? Frameworks: Experience with Spring Boot or other Java frameworks.
? Version Control: Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
? Debugging and Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills for debugging and optimizing code.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?66,666.66 per month
