Java Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-First Philosophy: You must inherently understand that AI isn't just a tool—it's the foundation of modern development
• Proven track record with 4+ years in software development, specifically crafting robust server-side web applications
• Deep expertise in developing mission-critical B2B software solutions
• Mastery of cloud-native and serverless architectures in AWS environments
• Advanced proficiency with GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
