Responsibilities
Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Certified React Developer
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Advanced Java and React JS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Education domain and possess excellent English language skills. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact the education sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Advanced Java and React JS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Ensure that all development activities adhere to company standards and best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Document technical specifications and project details for future reference
- Possess a strong understanding of Advanced Java and React JS
- Have experience working in the Education domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in English with excellent reading and writing skills
- Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have a passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies
- Display excellent organizational and time management skills
- Be committed to continuous improvement and professional development
- Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have experience with version control systems such as Git
- Show familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
