Job Description: Full Stack Developer (React) - Lead
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and backend technologies to join our team as a Lead Developer. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, including a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves working on both UI and backend development within a dynamic Azure-based data processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to design and implement full stack solutions using React for UI and backend technologies.
- Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to integrate reporting solutions with Azure data pipelines.
- Develop and optimize React-based user interfaces for seamless user experiences.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs to support reporting applications.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in architecture design and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap.
- Monitor and improve the performance of applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical designs for effective team collaboration.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on React.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering successful projects.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or similar).
- Experience with integrating front-end applications with Azure-based backends and APIs.
- Understanding of modern UI/UX design principles and tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
