Java Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience to take on lead and project management responsibilities. This role involves overseeing development, guiding a team, and ensuring timely project delivery while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and manage a development/support team, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution and completely hands-on.
• 
  Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and bug fixing for Java applications built using Spring Boot.
• 
  Own and manage incident resolution, system stability, and performance optimization.
• 
  Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) to manage and optimize cloud-based applications.
• 
  Oversee database management and query optimization in PostgreSQL.
• 
  Drive minor enhancements, system updates, and feature improvements as needed.
• 
  Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize support issues and enhancement requests.
• 
  Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge base.
• 
  Ensure adherence to SLAs for support and maintenance activities.
• 
  Collaborate with front-end developers, particularly those working with Angular (if applicable), for seamless integration.

• 
  Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align support and enhancement goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  8+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.
• 
  Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• 
  Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• 
  Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including database tuning and optimization.
• 
  Ability to lead and mentor a technical team while being hands-on in development and support.
• 
  Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• 
  Familiarity with front-end technologies, with Angular being a plus.
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• 
  Prior experience working in support-driven engagements with enhancement responsibilities.
