We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of expertise to join our team at G3 Business Services LLC. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Node.js, Python, and Go.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration.

Build efficient and reusable components, services, and tools to enhance performance and reliability.

Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack to maintain system health and availability.

Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

Optimize application performance and scalability while ensuring security standards are met.

Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in full-stack development.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong backend expertise with Java.

Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, and Go.

Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks is a plus.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Solid experience in developing APIs, microservices, and working with databases.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing technical challenges.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
